We love helping you celebrate—whether your balloons come from us or from somewhere else! Below are answers to the most common questions about balloon care, lifespan, and bringing outside balloons for inflation.

How long do balloons last?
Latex balloons float about 8–12 hours with helium. With Hi-Float treatment, they can last up to 3 days. -
Do temperature changes affect balloons?
Yes—helium expands in heat and shrinks in cold. Keep balloons indoors in a cool, stable environment until your event. -
Do you guarantee float time?
Because balloons are fragile and affected by weather, AC/heat, and handling, we can’t guarantee float times after pickup or delivery. We always use high-quality helium and professional techniques for the best results.
🛒 Outside Balloons Policy (You Bring It, We Inflate It)
We’re happy to inflate balloons purchased elsewhere if they meet quality/safety standards.
Pricing (per balloon):
- Latex — starting at $2.00 (includes helium + ribbon)
- Foil/Mylar — starting at $3.00 (varies by size/style)
- Hi-Float Add-On — +$0.50 (extends latex float time)
Please note:
- Balloons must be labeled “helium-quality/helium-grade.”
- We’ll inspect for defects, but outside balloons may pop/deflate; inflation fees are non-refundable.
- Bring them during business hours; drop-offs for scheduled pickup are welcome.
- For big orders, call ahead so we can plan staff/time.
- We can add balloon weights upon request (small add-on fee).
🎉 Balloon Care Tips
- Avoid hot cars, direct sunlight, and rough surfaces.
- Keep away from sharp objects and textured ceilings.
- Outdoor events? Consider air-filled décor (arches, columns, garlands)—they last longer and don’t rely on helium.
🚚 Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup: We’ll bag/prep balloons for easy transport.
- Delivery/Setup: Available for an additional fee; call for a quote and availability.
⚠️ Safety & Environmental
- No balloon releases. Dispose responsibly.
- Keep balloons and ribbons away from small children and pets.
