Our DIY Tassel Garland Kits are the perfect way to get beautifully straight tassels in the richest colors. The tassels are precut, so all you need to do is twist the loops and string them on the included twine. The width is adjustable, depending on how far apart you string each tassel. It takes about 30 minutes to assemble the entire garland.
